Partner Terms + Conditions
Participation in borrowed BLU’s Trade, Wholesale, and Drop Ship programs is subject to the following Terms & Conditions. By joining and maintaining an active partner account, you agree to the policies outlined below.
1. Eligibility
Access is extended only to verified professionals, including:

Interior designers

Event designers and floral stylists
-
Stylists and content creators
-
Brick-and-mortar or online retailers
-
Hospitality groups, venues, and rental houses
-
Curated drop ship or marketplace platforms
borrowed BLU reserves the right to deny or revoke program access based on business model fit or alignment.
1A. Bulk Hospitality Partners
borrowed BLU offers a tailored path for Bulk Hospitality Partners — clients purchasing large volumes of product for internal use rather than retail sale.
This includes:

Hotels and resorts

Catering companies and rental houses
-
Commercial venues and hospitality procurement teams
These clients are eligible to purchase select SKUs without retail packaging, packed in bulk for operational efficiency.

2. Intended Use

Trade Discounts are for design, styling, or content creation — not resale

Wholesale & Drop Ship Discounts are for resale through approved platforms or retail spaces

Resale of borrowed BLU goods under a Trade account is not permitted
3. Discount Structure

Assigned at time of approval
-
Cannot be combined with public promotions
-
Misuse may result in account suspension
4. Volume Evaluation & Tier Adjustments
To ensure our partners receive the best possible pricing, we conduct quarterly volume evaluations.

Partners who meet the $2,500 or $5,000 monthly sales thresholds for three consecutive months will be upgraded to the next discount tier

If a partner falls below their tier threshold for two consecutive months, a 30-day grace period is granted before adjustment
-
High-profile platforms requesting 40–50+% margins will be reviewed case by case
5. Program Expectations & Best Practices
We ask all partners to:

Maintain accurate product listings

Proactively promote borrowed BLU products
-
Provide prompt support to their end customers
-
Uphold agreed pricing and brand presentation
borrowed BLU reserves the right to adjust terms or end partnerships not in compliance.
6. Ordering & Fulfillment

Wholesale orders are final sale
-
Trade purchases may be returnable with approval
-
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours
-
Orders are fulfilled in 1–5 business days unless otherwise noted
7. Content Usage & Credits
For shoots, campaigns, or press features:

Tag @borrowedblu, use #bBtable and #bBshop

Include vendor credit where possible

Share photos with permission for potential reposting
8. Brand Alignment
Partners must:

Preserve product names and branding
-
Not repackage, rebrand, or white-label without permission

Avoid listing borrowed BLU products on mass discount or non-approved third-party sites
9. Program Changes
borrowed BLU may revise or pause program benefits, requirements, or pricing with written notice. Partners will be notified of any such changes and given a grace period when applicable.
