SHIPPING
DOMESTIC ORDERS
In stock orders that are shipping within the United States, typically ship within 2 business days {unless otherwise noted} via UPS Ground, or USPS Priority either with signature or without signature required. Orders that are placed during a sale or promotion typically ship within 7-10 business days. Orders not in stock, but with expected ship dates listed in a product description, will ship on their expected ship date, if not before, or soon thereafter.
You will receive shipping confirmation via e-mail and or sms notification once your order has shipped.
Before placing an order, please double check your shipping address, as we are unable to reroute packages.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via UPS and USPS are with no signature required. However, each shipment that totals more than $500 will automatically be shipped with the "Direct Signature Required" option.
RETURN TO SHIPPER POLICY
For orders that include the “Direct Signature Required” option, it is the responsibility of the receiver (or if bought as a gift, the buyer) to notify the shipping carrier of any changes to the delivery - such as a request to hold the package at a nearby carrier location for pick up or request a vacation hold if the receiver is out of town and needs the package delivered at a later date.
If a package is returned to borrowed BLU because the shipping carrier was unable to deliver the package within a required timeframe and have not been contacted about changes to the delivery by the receiver, the customer will have the option to pay the full (non-promotional) shipping cost to have the order shipped again or cancel the order which is subject to a 50% restocking fee. If the item goes unclaimed for more than three weeks, borrowed BLU will cancel the order without a refund.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving your products. All returns or exchanges must be in their original, unused condition/packaging.
Should there be a discrepancy with your order, or if an item is received damaged, we must be notified within 3 business days of receipt of the product. You must NOT throw away any items, packaging, or boxes until the claim has been resolved. Please include photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, damage on each item, along with a description of the damages. You must also include the tracking number in the body of your email.
To request a return, exchange, or report a discrepancy, please initiate your self-serve return request via your online account.
Your return must be shipped with the UPS or USPS label provided, and dropped off at the respective UPS or USPS drop-off location within 2 business days of being issued the return label. If items are NOT shipped within 2 business days of being issued a return label, your items will not be accepted for return.
Once your merchandise is received, our inventory team will thoroughly inspect it, and once approved, a credit {less original shipping charges} will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Products that are NOT eligible to return include discounted items or items listed as Special Order in a product description.
Items that are used, or purchased for a photoshoot or editorial will not qualify for a return or exchange.
Returns are only available if the customer shipping address is both set and in the US.
