wholesale account executive // los angeles, ca

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Manage wholesale and e-commerce platform clients to grow top line sales.

  • Advance sales with current wholesale client accounts and strengthen existing partnerships.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities both branded and private label by utilizing current design and production capabilities to address specific customer needs.

  • Develop + foster relationships with online and brick + mortar retail partners to ensure optimal product placement.

  • Communicate regularly with {bB} HQ to ensure that all customer demands are met.

  • Work with production to ensure customer orders are being properly managed.

  • Work with specialty stores + online retailers to access sales reports and brand data.

  • Must be willing to travel locally and nationally.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Professional attitude and a strong understanding of customer service and retail industry.

  • Strong understanding of meticulous presentation standards for high end product.

  • Extreme attention to detail and desire to be a part of a fast past team.

  • Strong embodiment of the {bB} brand curated hospitality experience.

  • Must have own vehicle and working laptop.

  • Must have Bachelors Degree.

  • Experience in related industry is required.

**This is a Part-time position that is anticipated to become full time quickly.  Approximately 5 days/week {10am - 2pm} with opportunity to grow.

**This is a base pay//commission structure.

office manager // los angeles, ca

 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Assist in performing a variety of tasks relating to the process of incoming and outgoing rental orders.

  • Assist Events Team with the preparation of client proposals and event orders.

  • Assist with updating and filing office paperwork.

  • Assist with processing payments and posting to event orders.

  • Maintaining quality control of inventory, supplies, and reporting needs.

  • Foster relationships with all borrowed BLU clients. 

  • Email support and phone support.

  • Keeping showroom client ready.
     

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Meticulous attention to detail.

  • Professional attitude and a strong understanding of customer service.

  • Fine tuned appreciation for the bB brand and the creative tasks associated with the presentation standards for high end product.

  • Have the ability to learn in house POR software, merchant service platforms for credit card processing and overall updated knowledge of advanced computer functions.

  • Impressionable and engaging demeanor.

  • Professional attitude and a strong understanding of customer service and hospitality industries.

  • Ability to communicate with high-end clientele.

  • Must be reliable, have a flexible schedule.

  • Event support experience is a plus.

  • Must have your own working laptop.

sales / event rental manager // west hartford, ct

 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Assist with fielding online inquiries, phone calls and studio traffic.

  • Managing a variety of tasks relating to the process of incoming and outgoing rental orders.

  • Prepare client proposals and event orders.

  • Maintain current client relationships while working to establish new ones.

  • Generate sales by establishing relationships with new clients and venues through attending industry events, outreach, and client meetings. 

  

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Professional attitude and a strong understanding of customer service and the event industry.

  • Strong understanding of meticulous presentation standards for high end product.

  • Extreme attention to detail and desire to be a part of a fast paced team.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

*** This is a part-time position. Approximately 32+ hours a week. Room to grow. 

warehouse manager // los angeles, ca

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Manage the outgoing and incoming rental order process from start to finish including printing, tracking and filing associated paperwork.

  • Assigning daily task schedules to all warehouse team members.

  • Manage production schedules including scheduling shipping, delivery routes and associated labor.

  • Manage the processing of incoming rental inventory to {BB}.

  • Manage the processing of outgoing rental inventory with close attention to detail while meeting firm deadlines.

  • Maintaining quality control of inventory and supplies and ensuring completion through order fulfillment.

  • Manage the receiving of new rental inventory from our vendors including but not limited to receiving, unpacking boxes, verifying quantities, breaking down cartons/pallets etc.

  • Manage spotless and well organized warehouse, showroom and common areas.

  • Oversee facilities maintenance needs.   

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

  • Prior Managerial Experience is Required.

  • Meticulous standards and ability to pay close attention to detail.

  • Ability to adapt as needed to unforeseen situations or circumstances.

  • Must be familiar with professional email etiquette and interpersonal communication, both internal and external.

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

***This is a part-time position. Approximately 3+ days/week.  Room to grow.

delivery+scullery // los angeles, ca + west hartford, ct

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Delivery and pick up of rental orders throughout CA, CT, NY, MA and surrounding areas.

  • Onsite venue assistance setting tables and receiving/repacking rentals throughout the duration of the event {scullery and/or white glove service}.

  • Support to make certain Clients have an seamless and exceptional {BB} experience.

 

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

  • Impressionable and engaging demeanor.

  • Professional attitude and a strong understanding of customer service and hospitality industries.

  • Ability to communicate with high-end clientele.

  • Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Must be reliable, have a flexible schedule and be open to traveling long distances.

  • Availability on nights/weekends.

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

  • Event support experience is a plus.

*** This is a Part-time, on call position.  Approximately 2+ days/week. Must be available to work weekends.

dish washer // los angeles, ca + west hartford, ct

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Assistance with the receiving of all incoming rental orders.

  • Process and Clean soiled rental product using hand and commercial methods dependent on nature of particular items.

  • Assistance with providing initial counts of incoming rental inventory.

  • Maintaining quality control of inventory and report damage as needed.

  • Assistance with repacking clean product.

  • Trash Removal.

  • Bathroom, Kitchen, Floor and Common area cleaning.

 

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

  • Meticulous cleanliness standards and ability to pay close attention to detail.

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

***This is a Part-time position. Approximately 2+ days/week. Must be able to work weekends.
