A Mimosa Brunch for Cora's Bridal Shower
This party was an ultra feminine, vintage inspired Bridal Shower for the close family and friends of "Bride To Be" Cora. The bridesmaids { Connie, Jany, Shelly, Patty & Naomi} planned this "mimosa brunch" to reflect the style of Cora's wedding...just with a little more pop! First, they started with the shower invitations which they found through Etsy. The gorgeous typography of the invites set the tone for the rest of the decor and gave the guests their "first glimpse" to this festive occasion. From there {and with the help of Borrowed BLU} unfolded beautiful floral arrangements, custom chevron linen napkins, delicate vintage dishware and a bountifull display of food and drink. To top it off, a special dessert table was created and named "Cora's Sweet Shoppe" which even included "swedish fish", a favorite of the Bride's. When the bride arrived she was certainly surprised and taken a back at all the little details implemented to make her celebration unique! This unforgettable afternoon carried on joyfully with sips of champagne, conversation with good company and a heap full of fun gifts! And at the end, {so as not to waste}all of the flowers were rearranged in miniature bouquets wrapped in burlap and paired with a bar of hand made soap for the guests to take home as memory of the occasion! We certainly enjoyed working on this project and are so glad we get to finally share it with you....enjoy!
